GUEST SPEAKER:  Scott Ritter

PROGRAM: The Russian invasion of Ukraine as a facilitator of global geopolitical transition.

This presentation will build upon themes articulated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during his October 28 presentation at the Valdai plenary in Moscow. The Ukraine conflict has become the pivotal issue when it comes to the struggle between the sustainability of the US-led rules based international order, and the growing challenge presented by Russia and China's different perceptions and violations of the international order. How this issue is resolved will determine whether the next quarter century will remain dominated by an American singularity, or an emerging global multi polarity.
