The Dish:

This artistic dish was perfect for the warm summer-like temperatures. It featured an ultra-sweet cake-embedded meringue, paired with light & airy signature Biscuits Roses de Reims embedded into an unsweetened champagne-infused whipped cream topped with fresh berries.

The Origin & Influence:

Pavlova is the national dessert of Australia & New Zealand. Believed to have been created in the 1920s, this dessert was named in honor of the Russian prima ballerina, Anna Pavlova, after her tour to those countries.

This popular summer treat is widely enjoyed across the southern hemisphere and frequently serves as a centerpiece for major celebratory events in both nations.
